1. Why should I choose Let’s Fix it ?

We offer our customers top-notch repair services; all our repair works comes with 12 months warranty which makes our customer life hassle free.

2. What kind of services do you offer?

We offer quality repair and replacement services for electronic gadgets such as Mobile Phones, Laptops, Tablets, Desktops, Watches, Drones, and Gaming Consoles.

3. How much does it cost to fix my device?

The repair cost varies from device to device and model to model. Please contact us to find out the exact repair cost for your device.

4. Does your service offer a home repair service?

We do not offer to pick up and drop service at this moment .

5. Do you offer any discounts on repairing services?

We offer a 5% discount for the students and also for our regular customers for iphone repairs and accessories.

6. What does the warranty cover?

We offer a 12 months warranty for the replacement screens* and 12 months warranty for the other replacement parts*. Of course, the warranty covers all the manufacturing defects.

7. What is not covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover the physical and liquid damages that acquire after repair.

8. Do I get charged even if you can’t fix my device?

We don’t charge if we couldn’t fix your device. However, a minimum £20+VAT fee applies for the laptop, and if the repair is carried on after diagnosis that £20+VAT fee will be waived off. Minimum charges might be applicable for the water damaged device

9. Which payment methods do you accept?

We do accept all major payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, cash, and bank transfer.

10. How long will it take to get repaired?

The usual turnaround time is 1 hour, and it varies depends upon the device issue.

11. I’m worried about my data, is it safe?

Most of the hardware repair doesn’t affect the data but we always recommend our customers to take a backup beforehand.

12. Can I contact the executive directly for future issues and warranty claims?

Of course, you can contact us directly in case of warranty claims.

13. How does the “No Fix, No Fees” policy Work?

If we couldn’t fix the issue with your device, we won’t charge you.

14. Can you repair liquid damaged devices?

We can repair the liquid damaged phones and laptops. In such devices, some components might be affected by the liquid which might need replacement, and, in that case, we will get your approval before we carry on the repair.

15. Do you repair all types of Gaming Consoles?

Yes, we do repair all types of gaming consoles.

16. Do Let’s Fix it offer support after repair?

If you’re facing any issues after the repair has been done, we are happy to assist you.

17. What steps to take before you handover your device for repair?

If you wish you can remove the SIM card, Micro SD from your devices before handing it over.

18. Does insurance cover gadget repairs?

We do not work with any insurance companies at the moment. You have to check with the insurance company in which your device has been insured
